5 sets of boots for your room

Hello all,

Over the years I have always maintained a maximum number of mods per rented room.  With room owner having one set of boots plus 3 additional mods = 4 sets of boots, which is in my opinion is plenty enough.

Some want to have more which I have made one acception to and lost a couple or rooms because of it.  I have changed policy on that in view of the fact that I was asked about adding more mods to a room. Additional mods can be added above the 4 sets of boots per room at a cost of $5.00 each.

This is not a one time fee but will have to be paid upon room payment and renewal. The original 4 sets of boots still remain as they are to go with the room.

But as before, admin here at CE has the final say as to whether a person gets "boots" here or not as there are some who are not qualified to have them and some may also be banned.

it seems I'm being overly generous here as I found out that another site only allows 3 boots per room and if ya want more, they cost $10.00 each which has to be paid at the time of assigning the boots and again, at time of room renewal.

Personally..... although I am  by no means complaining....*L*...I think you are overly generous too.

Other places I chatted at before I came to CE used to allow only 2 sets of boots maximum per room, and the general rule of thumb was only 1 set of boots per 5 paid members. *W*

I don't do paid members here at CE as there are no advantages. I do not offer member's only rooms or e-mail or av storage as that is all more work for me and I dont even know how to set all that up even though it is possible but again I do not have access to the main server.  That is all available at Sizzling Chat though and their prices are higher.

They also have a program interface where a room owner can do their own rooms and upload them as well. I could do that here but need someone who has access to the main server to set that all up and teach me how to run it once installed.  Again, more work for me.

All my rooms have a 100 limit for chatters in the room. Many rooms have a 25 or 50 limit so that's when paid members can then get into a full room. Tonights av auction hit 54 at one time so 4 would not have ben able to get in.

So I maintain a chat "free" environment at a low price. *S* Less work that way.
