Hello People,

Sometimes I wonder why I bother to continue with this chat site.  I had few rough times in the beginning due to a romance shall we say that went bad but I decided to keep CE going in order that those who are less fortunate than others and who cannot get out to socialize can do so in a safe environment on line.

But as you all know, shit happens everywhere and on the net more so than other places. Hence my "0" tolerance to bullshit policy is enforced.  As a result I have made a lot of enemies.  You come into my home, no matter what and fuck it up and your gonna piss me off and get busted. No different than if you had trouble makers in your own homes.

I don't particularly like rules myself but unfortunately rules must be in place or CE will turn into just another chat site where no one gives a shit.  This is why I have staff as well.

This ring of protection that I throw around you all is why I believe you have come here to chat and to have your own rooms hosted here.  But prior to you making that selection you have read and understood and agreed to abide by the rules.  This applies to chatters and room owners and all who come here.  If you don't like it .. then fucking well leave or I'll see to it you don't come back ...

With that said, you've chosen to have your room hosted here at CE and you all have rules on your entry page doors which you expect to have followed or else you boot or whatever.  My site rules are to be followed as well and room owners are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors and guest as far as conduct and following the rules, yours and mine.

This shit about the oversized av's is just an example of how rules get abused and it's your responsibility to make sure that your own av's and guests av's stay within the guidelines. Some seem to think I'm stupid and won't find out and I also know of comments made as well that some won't be back because of it. So be it ... there's always Chatro as many have indicated. This is a chat site, not a billboard.

I go to great lengths at time to make sure those who want to be here have a good place to chat.  The rest of you can simply fuck off and find the type of place that suits your needs.

Remember that this is my home, I built it, I've allowed you all in here for some good times, I am GOD here and I expect you all to follow the rules and guidelines as set out.

hugs Kappy I love the no bullshit policy and the rules are pretty well defined. This site has a unique family atmosphere which I think you have created.
